The Coffee Bean Receipt is HUGE!!!

Here’s a call out to The Coffee Bean Restaurant: Please reduce the size of your receipts. I was recently in Burbank California and enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee at The Coffee Bean. Before receiving my coffee I was handed a receipt. Normally a receipt takes up very little paper and is written proof that I spent a lot for a cup of coffee. This particular receipt was 5 times as large as it needed to be. Upon review of the Coffee Bean Website I see that they are certified by The Green Restaurant Association. Ironically, the reason for the large receipt was to ask for my opinion. So I followed the instructions on the receipt to log in and submit my opinions. I gave a very positive review for the quality of service and coffee, but there was no question in the survey regarding how green the restaurant was. I indicated my disapproval of the large receipt in the comment section of the survey. I hope they take notice and read it. I know it’s a little thing and all of the paper they use is at least 10% post recycled non-bleached paper, but every little bit counts.
